I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were quite spacious and nicely decorated, offering a peaceful environment but lacked soundproofing. The service was very hospitable and helpful with some nice perks like room service and pet amenities, although there was an extra charge for bringing my dog. The location was perfect, central yet not too noisy, but there were some inconveniences during breakfast. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The room I got wasn't exactly what I expected; it turned out to be quite small and located right next to the elevator shaft. On the bright side, the service was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us with unexpected requests. The location was ideal for exploring the city easily, but the dining options, while good, were not exceptional. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

The location was truly professional, providing extra touches to make guests feel at home, right in the bustling city center of Malmoe. A cozy lobby, outstanding vegan-friendly breakfast buffet, and interesting design added to the overall appeal. While the dining options were good, the absence of kitchen service for small snacks on a Saturday night was disappointing.
